We decided to take a quick trip to Texas to see family. Our sister, Carrie, now lives in Texas....so we got even more family time with even more family!!
We left Thursday night - we decided to go on the late flight in hopes that Evelyn and Josiah would sleep on the plane. Of course that didn't happen, both kids were way too excited about going on an airplane. We went first class - which was good - a little more room to pass baby back and forth. =) Evelyn did end up falling asleep 5 minutes before we landed. Carrie came to get us. It was nice going late, so we could have our entire Friday to relax and visit.
Friday, Tommy wanted to go to In-N-Out burger. He is disappointed we don't have any in Colorado. Carrie and I are still not sure it's all that great!
After lunch, we went to Target to pick up some diapers for Evelyn. That is one item that I just hate to pack. While we were at Target, Josiah talked Tatie (Carrie) into buying him a blow-up swimming pool. He promised to use it every time he visited until he is 18 years old. I would like to see that!!!

That night we went to dinner with Yazeed (Amo), Tatie, and Sarah to El Fenix. It was nice to visit with Yazeed. He is a busy man.
Saturday we went to the Outlet Mall and to Chic-fil-a. We had a great time at the Outlet Mall and the kids did great. Tommy got to go in the Dallas Cowboy Pro Shop and insisted that each one of us get a Dallas Cowboy item. =) I was okay with that as long as it didn't have anything to do with Romo. =)
Saturday night we celebrated Sarah's 15th Birthday. She wasn't feeling great but still allowed me to take a few pictures of her. The kids of course played in the pool again.

Sunday we went to Gateway Church with Carrie and Sarah and than to Ritzy's for lunch with Aunt B, Uncle Ronny, Travis, and Uncle Mark. We were than invited to the Stacy Family Reunion where Josiah got to go swimming.

Sunday night was full of family. Josiah and Cade finally got to meet and play with each other. The Stacy Family got to meet Evelyn and Josiah. It was a great visit.

The plane ride home was a lot of fun and the flight attendants were really nice. Josiah was allowed to check out the cockpit and meet the pilots. They even took his picture in the pilot's seat. Evelyn was super friendly with the flight attendant and let her take her for a walk around the plane and actually fell asleep in her arms. It was a nice and quiet ride home. We had a great time!!!
