Lots of different types of park fun

August has flown by. I have a quick moment to add some photos and let you know we are doing great!! Evelyn is getting huge. Josiah is a crazy little man. Tommy is working super hard with real estate, Construction work, and getting our house remodeled. I'm down to 32 hours a week at work which is a complete blessing. I love being devoted to the kids 3 full days a week now.

Since it has been so beautiful and hot this month, we have taken full advantage going to the park, fountain park, and even hiking.

Josiah loves to ride his bike to the park near our house. So we try to do that quite a bit.

We also like to go to the Fountain Park off Jewell. Josiah is getting a little more adventurous. Evelyn loves the water, so no problem there.

August 26th we took the kids to Castlewood Canyon. We ate a picnic and enjoyed ourselves. We took a 2 mile hike on a moderate trail. Josiah walked most of the way....he fell like 5 times. He is so clumsy. =) Great family time.

Evelyn turns 10 Months old - August 10, 2011

Evelyn is a 10 month old!!! I can't believe it!! On her 5 month birthday she decided to sit up, before 6 months she was crawling, now at 10 months she is standing up and taking 2-3 steps at a time...she'll be running anyday now!! She gets everywhere. She loves her brother. New words this month: Dog, Jo, Nayla, hi (she waves it too but now she says it). She can also say Uh-oh, dada, mama, NO (this is her favorite). She is a pretty sweet girl. We love her to pieces!!

The things we do for our kids!!

Superhero party on July 30, 2011. Tommy was a strange Batman Iron man thing, I was an Iron woman, Josiah was Spider Man and Evelyn was a Princess. It was just a fun get together - no birthdays needed. Surprisingly it was a lot of fun!!! Brian and Barbie thanks for hosting it!!
