Christmas Day (morning)

Christmas Day we celebrated by ourselves in the morning. Opened presents and baked a birthday cake for Jesus.
Josiah got a lot of trains for Christmas so we decided to get
him a Strider bike for something different

He liked it!!

Evelyn sitting and relaxing with her purse and
credit card - you can never start too early!!

Making a yummy cake for Jesus!!

Christmas Eve

Every year we celebrate Christmas Eve at the Probasco's. This year was pretty special since it was Evelyn's first Christmas.

Josiah had a great time and was very blessed.

Eclipse

Josiah is obsessed with the moon - so when the Eclipse happened on 12-21-10 we decided to wake him up and let him see the moon and its beauty.

Haircut

Daddy decided it was time we buy our own Hair Trimmer for Josiah's head, since all we do these days is buzz his head there is no need to spend $10-$12 each time. Daddy did a pretty good job for his first time!!!

Just couldn't resist sharing

Love it!!!

Ready to talk on the phone already

Josiah's Christmas Program

Josiah's school put on a Christmas Program on December 10th. They did the Christmas Story of Jesus' birth. Josiah played a hen in the stable...he was a very good hen. =) Being the youngest child in the group he did fairly well...he didn't sing much but at least he stayed on stage. Below are a few of my favorite pictures from the night.
Cute kids before the program

Nayla, Mima & Evelyn waiting for the program to start

My little hen

This is my dramatic child

Not sure what he was suppose to say here, but it had something to
do with an Egg...that was the only clear word.

Uh-oh

Most of the kids were singing, my child was looking at the
teachers like he had never seen what they were asking him to do.

Evelyn turns 2 months old - December 10th

Evelyn is already 2 months old - it went so fast!! This month she saw the doctor and had to have a few shots. She did pretty good!! She now weighs 10 lbs 5 ounces and is 22" long. She is such a happy healthy girl!!!

Gingerbread Train

Nayla bought Mommy and Josiah a Gingerbread Train to put together!!! While Evelyn was sleeping we decided to have time alone building our train....it was a lot of fun!! Thanks Nayla.

Mommy's birthday

This year my birthday landed on a Sunday so we decided to celebrate all weekend long. Mima took Josiah on Friday night so Mommy and Daddy (and Evelyn) could go out to dinner and a movie. We went to Cheddars and than saw Unstoppable. It was a very nice night.

This year Josiah was able to sing Happy Birthday to me. It was so fun and sweet to hear from my two year olds mouth.

Saturday we celebrated with the Probasco's. Barbie made chicken fajitas, they were wonderful. Sunday we celebrated with Mima and Papa. Mima made Shrimp Scampi with couscous. It was very good. I was very blessed.

Decorating for Christmas

This year was more fun than last with decorating for Christmas since Josiah is getting old enough to help. He had a good time putting his ornaments on the tree.

Josiah and Evelyn received a special manger scene from Mima. Josiah loved setting it up and plays with it daily. He also helped mommy set up our manger scene.

The front room is very festive this year.
